Hydro One is completing a Class Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Longwood to Lakeshore Project for two new single-circuit 500 kilovolt (kV) transmission lines between the Longwood Transformer Station (TS) in the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc and the Lakeshore TS in the Municipality of Lakeshore.
At this stage of the project, routes have been identified for further study and we are seeking your input. The preferred routes have not been selected and individual property impacts have not yet been determined. We want to hear from you to ensure your feedback is included in our assessment of the route alternatives.
We would like you to share your comments, questions or concerns as they relate to areas or features along the identified routes. This input will be considered as we complete environmental inventories, data collection and evaluate the alternatives.
Please take a few minutes to participate and let us know your thoughts.
To participate, drag the appropriate pin onto the map from the icon options at the top of the screen. You can leave as many comments and pins as you like and can even include pictures. Your input is important to us and we look forward to hearing from you.
If you would like to request a meeting with a representative from Hydro One to go over your concerns or talk about the project further, you can do so by filling out the “Connect with Hydro One” form available on the left-hand panel of the page. Once the form is submitted, a Hydro One team member will contact you regarding your inquiry.
